Retirement

You can begin contributing to the plan at any time once you become eligible and start making contributions to your account through convenient payroll deductions.
PIH Health offers a 401(k) through Fidelity Investments. The 401(k) plan allows you to save for retirement and enjoy significant tax advantages. You can contact Fidelity Investments any time by logging in to Fidelity.com/AtWork for more information about the plan, your account balance, making contributions, changing investment elections, initiating a rollover or requesting a loan or withdrawal.
Pet Insurance

Two different plans are offered:
- United Pet Care – An alternative to pet insurance offered at a lower cost on a per pet basis.
- Nationwide – Available as the more traditional pet insurance plan. Premiums are paid directly to Nationwide.
